Charges and Cost of Collection
a) An additional $20 fee will be charged on
payments received by the Bekki Medsker School any day later than the due
date. The Bekki Medsker School shall be
entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees and costs of collection should

a) Withdrawal requests must be written,
dated and signed by student.
a) Failure to satisfactorily complete the
academic or internship aspects of the training, non-payment of tuition,
unethical behavior, or failure to comply with the rules as stated in the
program catalog and code of ethics will result in dismissal from the school. In which event, the provisions of Paragraph
(7) shall govern the Applicant’s entitlement to refund of tuition.
a) Student must achieve a class grade point
average of eighty percent (80%) to receive a passing grade for this course. Minimum passing score for each exam or test is 75% and the online program does not allow the student to retake any test or exam.
b) A student grade report will be sent to
the student address on the Enrollment Agreement at the completion of the

provided to the student at no charge.
d) A sealed transcript will be included
with the student’s grade report at the completion of the course.
e) Students failing to complete the Fundamentals of Anatomy and Physiology
Online Course within three hundred sixty-five days (365) after intial sign
in will receive an incomplete. The
student will need to repeat the enrollment, purchase of a new online access
code and registration process. No scores
will be transferred.
a) Certification standards vary greatly in
different jurisdictions. Our program
meets or exceeds the standards set forth by the International Association for
Colon Hydrotherapy, the largest professional organization overseeing standards
in the field of Colon Hydrotherapy.
b) This course is approved and meets the
requirements set forth by the International Association for Colon Hydrotherapy (I-ACT) for a post-secondary anatomy and
